Public votes account for 25% of the final score.

Committee Evaluation: 75% Weight

In addition to public voting, our specialized committee contributes 75% of the final score.

The committee evaluates each nominee based on specific criteria including professionalism, industry impact, creativity, consistency, achievements, and overall contribution to their field.

3. Maintain Active Professional Social Media Accounts

Nominees are expected to maintain active and professional social media profiles that reflect their work and contributions within the industry.

4. Demonstrate Professionalism

Candidates should exhibit a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment within their respective careers and specialties.
